Do I need to know how to code?
You don’t need to write every line yourself. You do need to be comfortable working with an AI tool, reviewing its changes and learning a simple publishing process. We walk you through it and agree what support you’ll need.
Can I use my own Codex or Claude Code account?
Yes. You use your own account and subscription. We help configure your chosen coding agent to work with the project, and check compatibility with other tools before setup. Concept AI provides the setup and support; your AI service comes from your chosen provider.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
Your business controls the domain, repository and cloud account. You retain your website code and content, subject to any third-party asset or software licences. Concept AI gets the access needed to deliver the agreed setup and support.
What happens if an AI change breaks something?
Preview changes and run the configured checks before publishing. We set up version history and a recovery process so you can return to a previous working version. If you need help diagnosing the problem, that’s where your support plan comes in.
Can I bring an existing website?
We can assess it first. Some sites can be moved; others need to be rebuilt because their editor, forms or content system depend on the original platform. We’ll explain the options and agree the work before starting.
Am I tied to Concept AI?
Your business retains the accounts, code and project documentation. You can manage the website yourself or give another provider access. Support terms are agreed up front, and your chosen AI and cloud services have their own terms and charges.
